1.The balde was made of folded steel in Maru structure smelted and pounded to fold 13 times to creat 8192 layers, not only can remove the remain impurities of the carbon steel and better distribute the carbon to form the blank,But also allow the layers to bend at rates. It was Fully hand forged, hand shaping, hand polishing in the most traditional method of sword making.

2. A special clay was applied on the blade to control the rate at which the blades cools when quenced after grinding(rough finishing).The clay ensures carbon does not simply escape during this process.What's more,we are Applying different thicknesses of clay to the edge and spine(back) of the blade respectively(Differential hardening),a beautiful real hamon was appeared on the balde result of Differential hardening.

3.The blade was well heat treating (Refining) and quenching(Tempering) greatly improve the hardness and flexibility of the balde for real use.

4.Two long Hi (blood groove) were made on each side ofthe balde to create a lighter blade while swung and balance it to achive an optimal performance. (No Hi will be good for heavy cutting. lf want the Bo-Hi, contact us to customize for you).

5.The blade comes with a full length Tang greatly enhances the strength of the sword while swung and it will be signed according to your requirements. (pls contact us through ebay message if you want to sign the DATE or NAME on the Tang)

6.The blade has been Fully hand polished with more than 16 process hand sharpening work in the most traditional Japanese craftmanship way.The point of the blade is medium length.(Chu Kissaki).It is strong enough for battle realy and heavy cutting.
