This Premium Diesel injector is fully tested for the Volvo D12D engines. There are two types of injector sleeves used in Volvo engines: conical and flat copper. The conical sleeves are made of stainless steel or brass. The flat sleeves are copper and also require a washer to be used. You must determine which type of sleeve is in the engine to know how to replace the injectors. These injectors are for flat copper sleeves only.
