Plategrip 140CD is a solid bolt plate belt fastener for belts 3/16" to 7/16" on pulleys 14"+, rated to 225 PIW. The top and bottom plates clamp the belt with high-tensile piloted bolts, and specially formed teeth penetrate the belt carcass without damaging fibers. Teeth overlap the plate edges to provide extra holding power on thin belts, and the patented pre-assembled bottom plate uses a thin metal clinching washer superior to plastic or nylon designs.

Material: Durgard is a proprietary heat-treated steel with abrasion-resistant characteristics that provides several times the service life of standard steel in abrasive conveying applications. Not recommended for highly corrosive environments.
