We've created the perfect half caf by blending our organic Sumatran coffee with its water-processed decaf counterpart. Grown without harsh chemicals in Sumatra's Aceh region, these beans combine to produce a rich and bold cup with no bitter aftertaste. You'll get the classic Sumatran profile of heavy earthy and chocolate flavors in a smooth, low-caffeine brew.

Sumatran coffee is celebrated for its naturally low acidity. The decaffeination process lowers it even further, resulting in an exceptionally smooth and gentle cup.
