Bio Curcama Curry Paste – The Five Elements Spice Blend

The Five Elements Curcama Curry Paste is characterized by our use of fresh organic ingredients. Fresh turmeric, ginger, onion, garlic, and of course, the rest of the Curcama base blend are carefully selected and processed.
My idea has always been that by using our curry paste, you not only experience a uniquely fresh taste but also absorb important bitters and other essential nutrients. Organic gentian root, dandelion root, and lemon peel provide the unmistakable flavor and unique effect.

Our Story:

Inspired by Indian culture, we created our own interpretation of curry paste. Many Indian families have their own recipes that are passed down from generation to generation. And since every tradition has to start somewhere, our uniquely developed Five Elements Curcama Curry Paste is ready to be passed on to the next generation...

Suggested Use:

Add a bit of organic coconut fat or organic sunflower oil to a pan (make sure the oil is suitable for heating).
Per serving, use a heaping teaspoon of Bio Curcama Curry Paste and gently roast it on low heat for 5–7 minutes.
Then, add vegetables, tofu, tempeh, legumes, or meat of your choice.
Deglaze the contents of the pan with a bit of vinegar or white wine, then add a splash of coconut, oat, or rice milk.
As a side dish, organic rice, quinoa, or golden millet work perfectly – and there you have it: a wonderful, flavorful, and nutritious meal.
